Buy a Gift Card for yourself, or choose a recipient to send it as a gift.
Receive the Gift Card code by email within 24 hours.
Share it or use it at checkout to purchase any product on our website.

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

No. Discount codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.

No. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

Yes. Multiple Gift Cards may be used together.

Yes, as long as the purchase complies with the promotion terms.

Yes. Gift Cards are transferable and may be redeemed by whoever holds them.

Yes. You can use all or part of your Gift Card. Any remaining balance stays available until expiry.

You can pay the difference using any other accepted payment method.

You can check your balance by opening the Gift Card link provided in the original email. The balance updates automatically after each use.

If the code is lost or deleted, please contact us at info@avaredo.com.

With proof of purchase, and after confirming the Gift Card has not been used, we can re-send the code to the original purchaser. If the Gift Card has already been used, it cannot be replaced.

You may cancel your Gift Card purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided it has not been used or redeemed.

To request a cancellation, contact us at info@avaredo.com or via the chat on our website.

Once we confirm the Gift Card is unused, we will refund the original payment method. If the Gift Card has been used fully or partially, the order cannot be cancelled.

You can return any item purchased on our website within 30 days from the moment you received your order.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

If your order was paid fully or partially with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued only as a new Gift Card.
Refunds to cash, bank accounts, credit/debit cards, or any other method are not available.

For mixed payments (part Gift Card, part bank card):
— the amount paid with the Gift Card will be refunded as a new Gift Card
— the remaining amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for  and cannot be refunded once used.
