Delivery to the Floor: Delivery to your desired floor by appointment, arranged via phone call. Two couriers will bring the product inside your home or room.
Convenient Delivery with Assembly: Includes delivery to your floor, assembly of the furniture, and removal of all packaging by our team.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Typically, deliveries occur within 5-7 business days.

Currently, we ship only within Italy. For international shipping or remote areas, please contact us for further details.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to follow your shipment. You can check your package status at any time using the provided link.
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery without any explanation. We offer a free return service: we will handle the pickup and full refund.
How to make a return:

Preparation: Repack the item in its original packaging. We will arrange the pickup through our courier.
Refund: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a full refund, including any shipping fees.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The return is free, and no explanation is required.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or used may not be eligible for a full refund.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs, if applicable, will also be refunded.
